Our StoryWe are a family run business providing not just 'meals on wheels' as we care deeply about everyone we visit. We perform a FREE welfare check & report service, plate up and encourage customers to eat, if required, during delivery. We update anyone that needs to know by text or email. Our Corporate GDPR policy & Safeguarding Policy and other Corporate Info is sent to all registered service users, prior to delivery agreement.
We are DBS checked and hold Catering Level 3 Certificates. We are members of NACAS and keep in contact with the Thurrock Environmental & Health Team taking on board and putting in place new procedures where necessary to ensure we maintain the highest standards. Our staff have many years of Catering, Customers Service and/or Caring in the Community and undertaking site visits in the Care Sector We are fully insured. Our kitchen strives to achieve the perfect combination of impeccable service and exceptional good quality home cooked food for each and every guest who choses to dine with us at yours. We focus largely on our Service Client's satisfaction and choice , and invite you to experience a meal of your choice if you prefer, however we are confident our Menus will be to your liking. We look to build a reputation for success in tandem with delicious homecooked well chosen mini meals, we never want you to leave the table less than completely satisfied and want you to remain happy with Menu choices and we ask you weekly for any Menu ideas as you are the important person here and we want to deliver you only what you like to eat. |

About Our Staff
We are a team of local Community cooks, with a passion for food and people and the community. Here ready to serve you a phenomenal low cost/within budget up to 3 meals daily. Ready to eat or re-heat in the oven or microwave or store in fridge or even freeze; a weeks supply can be delivered at once and stored in the freezer. Salad Boxes also available. Deliveries for evening dinners only being delivered between 12.30 - 3pm 6 days per week
